John holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and a Bachelor of Mathematics (First) from Trinity College Dublin, and an M.B.A. from University College Dublin, Ireland. Prior to joining Babcock & Brown in 1998, John was a member of the management team at Exxon and a Senior Engineer at Lufthansa Airmotive Ireland. He was CTO at BBAM up to 2010 and Head of EMEA Marketing up to 2022. He has 36 years of experience in the aircraft leasing industry.
John is a member of the BBAM Freighter Investment Committee.
